CCEDC Breakfast Briefings

 Let's Talk About What Keeps You Up at Night
Tuesday, March 23, 2010

CCEDC invites you to a breakfast briefing that will cover critical issues impacting residential, commercial and industrial development in Pennsylvania. The seminar will cover:

  • New EPA discharge requirements for construction and development sites that will soon take effect;
  • The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's proposed new stormwater regulations that will severely restrict future development of residential, commercial and industrial sites;
  • The recent Environmental Hearing Board decision has made it clear that providing best management practices from DEP's BMP Manual and applying DEP guidelines does not ensure compliance with federal antidegradation requirements.
Any one of these developments could keep you up at night. The combination of all 3 could induce nightmares!
